Cliffs Realty announced Nov. 8 that a property in its The Landing at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs sold for more than $6.2 million.

Located at 107 Waterfern Court in Six Mile, the 5,991 heated square foot home, which is under construction, will feature:

  • 5 bedrooms
  • 5 bathrooms
  • 2 half bathrooms
  • Wine cellar
  • gymnasium
  • Swimming pool
  • Indoor/outdoor bar

“This incredible home was designed to take full advantage of its unparalleled setting on Lake Keowee’s pristine shores,” said The Cliffs Director of Sales, Lauren Buckland.

The property was sold by Cliffs Realty Agent Zack Thomas.

NAR Reports Home Price Increase in 98% of US Metro Areas in Q3 2022

The National Association of Realtors reported 181 of 185 US metro areas reported an increase in home prices in the third quarter.

Compared to the same quarter in 2021, NAR found:

  • National median price for existing single family homes rose 8.6% to $398,500.
  • Monthly mortgage payment on a single-family home with a 20% down payment was 50% to $1,840.

NAR also found that the 10 metro areas with the largest year-over-year price increases included:

  • North Port Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida – 23.8%
  • Lakeland-Winter Haven, Florida – 21.2%
  • Myrtle Beach-Conway-North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and North Carolina – 21.1%
  • Panama City, Florida – 20.5%
  • Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach, Florida – 19.6%
  • Port St. Lucie, Florida – 19.4%
  • Greenville-Anderson-Mauldin, South Carolina – 18.9%
  • Kingsport-Bristol-Bristol, Tennessee and Virginia – 18.8%
  • Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida – 18.8%
  • Ocala, Florida – 18.8%
