Manchester-based Cook Little has merged with regional firm Sheehan Phinney – a move that significantly expands Sheehan’s corporate, transactional, employment and data privacy practices.

Walsh joins McLane Middleton

McLane Middleton has added Christopher J. Walsh to the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and other commercial litigation.

Shilling a “Go to” attorney

McLane Middleton attorney Cameron G. Shilling has been named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2022 list of Go To Cybersecurity/Data Privacy Attorneys. The publication said that Shilling has “gained a wealth of experience in privacy and data security over the years” and “conducted nearly 100 comprehensive information privacy and security risk management projects for businesses in numerous industries.”
