Why can’t you juice on Slimming World?

Slimming World view juicing and making smoothies are so much the same thing. Either way, you break down fruits or vegetables to make them easier for you to eat. The reason they don’t like this is that they say it’s easier for you to consume more calories and therefore overeat if you make juice or smoothies.

In my opinion, it’s more important to ensure you’re getting all the nutrients you need than to worry about eating too many calories from, say, fruits and vegetables. Other diets don’t always have a problem with juicing, so it’s totally up to you.

Remember that although it is your weight loss or healthy lifestyle, it is your choice what you eat and drink.

Closure

Although the perfect diet would be a healthy mix of fruits and vegetables cooked in meals and eaten raw, this is not easy for some people. If you don’t enjoy a lot of vegetables, you can ensure that you still get their nutrients.
