SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Four in 10 Americans in the workforce say their work has had a negative effect on their mental health, according to a national study by Gallup.
Seven percent reported “extremely” negative effects on their mental health, with 33 percent saying their work had a “somewhat” negative effect. Young workers aged 18 to 29 were most likely to experience poor mental health as a result of their work, with almost half affected.
